mauserme Posted April 9, 2022 at 12:54 AM Posted April 9, 2022 at 12:54 AM OPPOSE HB4383 SA2! It's all to common in the Illinois legislature. Those opposed to our rights wait until the last minute to introduce and try to pass their anti-gun bills. They try to give us as little opportunity to voice opposition as they can. Going against a centuries old tradition of individuals making their own firearms, Senate Amendment 2 on HB4383 Utilites - Certified Mail fabricates a definition of "ghost guns", then bans them. Join us in opposing this legislative NOW! The bill is posted to committee this afternoon. HB4383 Utilities Certified Mail SA2 OPPONENT! McCroskey Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:35 AM Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:35 AM Done. Question: Is Tanya Schardt really supposed to be filing witness slips for Illinois state bills when she's apparently not even a citizen of the state? That doesn't seem right.

bmyers Posted April 9, 2022 at 11:03 AM Posted April 9, 2022 at 11:03 AM Missed getting a slip filed, just seen this.
2A4Cook Posted April 9, 2022 at 11:05 AM Posted April 9, 2022 at 11:05 AM Soon, they'll pass a law requiring the plebs to turn over their first born to the overlords, in order to ensure loyalty and obedience. They do anything they want to do, Constitution be damned. Yet another law Foxx will only prosecute against law abiding, White suburbanites and Black Republicans.
mauserme Posted April 9, 2022 at 01:50 PM Author Posted April 9, 2022 at 01:50 PM Thanks everyone. We held some bad bills back this Spring. Unfortunately, this one got through. Thankfully there are likely only a very few things they would call "ghost guns"* that will need to be serialized in Illinois. *A "ghost gun" is a thing they tell us know one knows anyone has.
steveTA84 Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:18 PM Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:18 PM Props to ILCarry. You all were on this. Where was the ISRA email blast? If I missed it, please correct me..... wouldn't have mattered much though. We all know the IL dems listen to the minority (their activists and the lobbying groups), not what most people show up want and actually make their voice/position heard
mauserme Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:35 PM Author Posted April 9, 2022 at 02:35 PM In the spirit of giving credit where it's due, ISRA was working House and Senate members against this bill.
