+1, and Connecticut is already looking to eliminate their grandfathering clause that has been in place for awhile, thus making anyone that registered their stuff a target for criminal penalties for “following the law”  prior, and they know who had what of the abided by the rules/regs

Registration always leads to confiscation. This is good to know. I was not aware.

NEW MILFORD — Gov. Ned Lamont said this week that he wants to go after thousands of firearms legally kept in Connecticut under several “grandfather” provisions in the state’s decades-old assault weapons ban, but clarified Thursday that he has not yet discussed specifics with lawmakers.

There can be nothing but upside potential if this passes ..

300 days to buy as many firearms and magazines as possible

oh and that's NOT counting, if this passes, Illinois will be the best state for an Assault Weapons ban to be challenged in FEDERAL

court

Agreed, especially considering that IL is in the top 10 states to be having people buying these types of firearms over the past few years

Looking at the anti-gunners list, it seems like it's mostly Moms Demand Action (which realistically should be a porn movie, not the name of an anti-gun group), and their family members.  Now, I don't know if these anti-gun Yeti's have beaten their ball-less husbands into submission so they're no longer able to think for themselves, or if these "Moms" are merely adding anyone in their household (or even related family members) without them knowing.  One name I saw had at least 3 other family members listed in there, I'm guessing husband and sons, but I'm not a mind reader.

The uniformity of those entries makes one wonder if someone is filing on behalf of their membership roster.
