And most of those - if not ALL - are "blue" anti-gun states.  Correct??  😡 🤮

I wish someone would raise these amicus briefs next time one of these states asks for an extension because they're too busy.

FPC noted today that the 7th Circuit has scheduled oral arguments in this case on November 12.

Breaking News challenge to Cook County AWB Viramontes v cook panel announced -- SYKES, Brennan, St. Eve Sykes -- Chief Judge has been good in the past Brennan -- was in our favor on Bevis St Eve -- who was bad on Wilson (prior cook challenge)

7th Circuit appeals court panel is Sykes (Bush), Brennan (Trump), and St. Eve (Trump).

That’s as close as you can get to a dream panel in the 7th I would think. I wonder if Sykes bumped Easterbrook off the panel..

There is only one way to describe what happened in that with those judges (yes, I'll keep it clean!) and that is a "clusterxxxx".  🤪  🤮

How can supposedly learned judges be so obtuse and ignorant?
