Part of the assembly area for Transformers 3 On the way back to union station Corner of Washington and Franklin.It looked to me like normal construction debris until I saw a 10 by 30 foot piece of debris move without any construction equipment running, It startled me until It turned out to be two guys moving a giant piece of "Hollywooded" Styrofoam by hand.
