  1. I am assuming you're referring to the Chicom method of a bullet behind the ear.
  2. And therein lies the definition of insanity, a "mental aberration" that should be used to "red flag" every single one of them and take any weapons they have away from them.
  3. Agreed. The problem is the glacial pace (as well as the animosity) of the court systems.
  4. It sounds as if Judge McGlynn is keeping things on a fairly tight timeline. Would you agree or is this a "normal" timeline?
  5. That's the way it used to be, although the commucrats have been playing fast and loose with that concept for at least 2 generations.
  6. Oh, that isn't a "slip". That is intentional. If enough Americans die from ODs, they will just walk in and, as one southern CA latino politician called it a few years ago, la reconquista - the reconquering.
  7. Just like that SOS in Maine, a single, arrogant "damocrap" decides they know better than most. And this is despite that this very problem is being viewed by the USSC at this time and could (hopefully) render this judge's interference moot.
  8. Lethal force against a perp committing a violent act may prevent any such acts in the future. But, to be truly effective, it must be "irreversible".
  9. Perhaps, if the cane can't be separated and the "truss" exposed, you might get by.
  10. Unfortunately, these only have single triggers. That Ithaca has double triggers. That's one of the things I like about my old Stevens SxS.
  11. Considering ISRA's previous "NRA like help", are we sure we should be listening to their "opinions"? 🙄
  12. Yeti, I believe the information I got was from a LGS and that the canes were considered "concealed weapons". That was the problem.
  13. Maybe not for "false arrest" but possibly libel and/or slander, due to the "false and derogatory information" given to the ISP.
  14. Are any of these bills at the point where we can file witness slips on them?
  15. As I am now using a cane for balance and back support, I looked into the possibility of getting a "sword cane" instead of just a wooden cane. No dice. They are also considered to be a "concealed weapon". 🤢 🤮
