So what's the status on this? Is this law dead and finally can be buried? Or is it in further litigation because..........reasons?

The right to life is the first and primordial human right. If you have no right to live, none of the other rights exist. A dead person has no right to free speech A dead person has no right to RKBA. A dead person has no right to own property. A dead person has no rights period.

The problem, is always, is that we do not have a real two party system. The RINOpublican party is just a decoration AT BEST. "Vote for us, we promise to do nothing" is their motto. "Vote for us, we promise to do evil" is the democrat motto.
