  1. I don't know if I feel any better knowing any of the justices know anything about gummies, or if it's their staff. It does make you realize how they come to some of the conclusions they do. It might just be common sense. Cheers, Tim
  2. I am not surprised... Cheers, Tim
  3. I had to look this up, just for for fun. The First Lady and her son are dual citizens. If the Presidents mother was indeed born in the UK, guess who else may be eligible for dual citizenship... he has not claimed it. Don Jr, Eric and Ivanka may also be eligible for dual citizenship in the Czech Republic. Cheers, Tim
  4. If you are an instructor, you may self certify. You should be certain to cover all the law with yourself. It would be embarrassing to turn yourself in for giving a short class or missing something. Cheers, Tim
  5. A growing number of lame ducks with a grudge... Cheers, Tim
  6. The bar has not been set very high. He'd better answer a softball question from a friendly correctly. Cheers, Tim
  7. Always must read content! Cheers, Tim
  8. Because it is your choice to ignore... You probably want an "invisible" feature. You can create "invisible" through private conversations. Creating a thread on a public forum does not give you ownership. I suppose someone will need to quote this for John to see it. Editing to add that I often enjoy your comments and insight, JQP. Cheers, Tim
  9. I imagine most Illinoisans pass them on quietly, without involvement from ISP or FFLs. Kind of like PICA compliance in Illinois. Cheers, Tim
  10. Too much hype - much like the discussions over PICA after it was forced upon us. Obviously we, or RI or any other jurisdiction, must fight it. It should not be allowed to become law. Yet many of the things they are afraid of were big concerns in Illinois, and voiced here at Illinois Carry. They never came to pass, for the most part. There have been no raids, no confiscations, and most owners just ignored it or "never heard about" PICA. Repeal PICA and ban similar law, nationwide. Cheers, Tim
  11. We already have concealed carry. PICA is all but forgotten by most. The FOID seems normalized. We wait for the courts. We could all vow to remember IGOLD for 2027 and remind our legislators that we remember and still care. Cheers, Tim
  12. I have often wondered, and perhaps you know... is a C&R FFL qualified to keep the records? Thanks, Tim
  13. SCOTUS does not answer to the President. Nor do the states. Or Congress. Cheers, Tim
  14. Only three. Cheers, Tim
  15. I am not sure what you are getting at. I supplied fingerprints as one of the first group of CCL applicants, instructors. Ever since the automatic FOID renewal began, My FOID has been extended for ten years beyond the purchase of a firearm via an FFL. It works exactly as was described. This includes the whole ya can't use your RN/LPN prints for your CCL and you can't use your CCL prints for your liquor or cannabis sales license. I presume that once my prints are in the system... they can and will be used in any law enforcement investigation. This should be the expectation of everyone. Mine have been in the system for decades. We are the good guys. Zero problems. Cheers, Tim
