mauserme Posted January 8, 2025 at 04:09 PM Posted January 8, 2025 at 04:09 PM Although it would have been possible for the 2025 Lame Duck Session to continue into the morning of 1/8/2025, that has not happened. Instead, the House and Senate are scheduled to convene at 12:00 Noon for the purpose of swearing in members of the soon to start 104th General Assembly. That 104th GA has session scheduled tomorrow, 1/9/2025, in bodies. No new legislation has been filed thus far so, aside from possibly adopting some resolutions, we don't anticipate much in the way of floor action. Additional posts will be made if the situation warrants.
