9th circuit CoA deals deathblow to gun grabbers/Hawaii’s butterfly knife ban ruled unconstitutional

Wow, the 9th finally got something mostly right, while the other circuits still can't figure it out?  heck has frozen over!

I said mostly because it appears they left open the ability to possibly ban the 'carry' of them or allow other erroneous restrictions that could result in a proxy ban that will have to be litigated again...

I think Mark Smith is right, there has to be a point and it has to be close where the SCOTUS has simply had enough of the inferior courts snubbing their nose at the higher court, and if another ruling doesn't do it then the SCOTUS needs to essentially form letter strike and remand every 2nd petition to them right back to the lower courts until they get it right...

It is way passed time for the Supreme Court stand up and defend their rulings and ENFORCE their rulings by shutting down this merry-go-round circus the lower courts are playing as a stalling and delaying tactic. AND ALL TIME they are letting these lower courts do this, our constitutional rights are being trampled and flushed down the toilet.

What enforcement mechanism does the Supreme Court have really?

If politicians and states choose to ignore their rulings, what can be done?

Why do so many alphabet administrative agencies need their own SWAT teams who are fully armed and ammo'd up? The Supreme Court does need a comparable show of strength and deterrence to ensure compliance with its rulings. What we have now is intentional disrespect.

When our SLOWTUS justices come out of this very same system they may not have a problem with it.
