soundguy Posted February 24, 2024 at 05:28 AM Posted February 24, 2024 at 05:28 AM I read it differently than the thread title: Wayne and other NRA Execs (not the NRA) found guilty; ordered to repay $ to NRA. Doesn't this kinda make it almost a win for NRA members by getting money back from execs? Never liked Wayne. Still became a Life Member. Cheers, Tim
yurimodin Posted February 26, 2024 at 10:02 PM Posted February 26, 2024 at 10:02 PM I guess Ronna McDaniel can go take his old job since she is so good at it already.
mab22 Posted February 27, 2024 at 01:05 PM Posted February 27, 2024 at 01:05 PM So the NRA “members”, brought the suit and won? The NRA members claimed the harm and are demanding funds be returned?

Interesting, the same New York AG who took down Trump, just got the top NRA dogs who have been milking the tax exempt organization for decades. The AG was not allowed to force an end to the NRA. Hopefully we get an organizational genius who also knows guns, what a concept, at the top.
Smallbore Posted March 1, 2024 at 06:15 PM Posted March 1, 2024 at 06:15 PM If these prosecutors where not political, they could after many organizations. Though I did not like the NRA high end expenses they did have I IRS keeping close tabs on them. This confuses me on how New York got a conviction on corruption when these expenses past IRS scrutiny. These expenses are not uncommon.
max503 Posted March 5, 2024 at 02:06 PM Posted March 5, 2024 at 02:06 PM If those prosecutors hated the NRA so much, why didn't they leave the corrupt leaders in place, in order to do harm to the organization from within? What better way to destroy an enemy? Sounds like they did us a favor. We should thank them. 🐷
