Where are we with court challenges to the registration requirement here in Illinois?

We are about half way through the period in which owners of certain firearms, magazines and ammunition have to register with the State. I know that registration so far has been minimal. I am wondering where the court challenges stand to try to have this registration law declared unConstitutional.

Not a lawyer, but at the pace this is moving it seems to me the registration is going to go into effect at the end of the year. Maybe it will get turned over later?  But I think everyone needs to evaluate their options at this point and decide what’s right for them.

It's very unlikely we get any injunctions within the next 45 days.

As we continued down the path of "clarification" by the ISP and then the ruling by the 7th Circuit I have changed my mind about what I'm gonna do over and over. There's just no good answer for me.
