TomKoz Posted October 16, 2017 at 06:39 AM Share Posted October 16, 2017 at 06:39 AM Last 10 years. How many US citizens have died because of "bump stock devices" vs how many US citizens have died due to those here in the US illegally? What is your priority? BobPistol Posted October 16, 2017 at 10:45 AM Share Posted October 16, 2017 at 10:45 AM It all comes down to this: Cronies must be enriched with cheap labor that undercuts local wages. Bump stocks don't enrich cronies. Everything else is just commentary.
OldMarineVet Posted October 16, 2017 at 12:33 PM Share Posted October 16, 2017 at 12:33 PM Agreed. But it would still be good to publicize that statistic. That silence is deafening.
C0untZer0 Posted October 16, 2017 at 03:26 PM Share Posted October 16, 2017 at 03:26 PM Another case where liberal agendas collide. Democrats want illegal aliens here because they vote Democrat, but all the small businesses that the illegals work in - especially the trades like construction, flooring, roofing, drywall - it all undercuts union shops and undercuts wages in the U.S. in general. 357 Posted October 16, 2017 at 05:26 PM Share Posted October 16, 2017 at 05:26 PM I'm willing to bet a lot less people have died from rifles "assault weapons" than from people here illegally. When it comes to illegal aliens liberals ignore the laws and help the law breakers circumvent the laws and force the police not to enforce the laws. skinnyb82 Posted October 26, 2017 at 07:55 PM Share Posted October 26, 2017 at 07:55 PM Well I'm not aware of anyone else besides the Las Vegas victims being killed using a bump stock equipped rifle so I guess the body count is 58. According to the GAO, as of fiscal 2003 there were over 55k arrests of illegals for violent crimes (murder, rape, battery, etc). It ONLY looked at those illegals currently incarcerated (55,322 inmates). But yeah, we obviously need to ban bump stocks because illegal immigrants don't commit crimes (700k arrests equating to 12.7 offenses per illegal incarcerated, according to the GAO). I'm gonna go ahead and take a wild guess that at least a quarter of those arrests are for murder. That's a conservative estimate. So that's over 14k murders. ~14,000 > 58 or did they fail first grade math. http://www.gao.gov/assets/100/93167.pdf Sent from my VS987 using Tapatalk
Prairie Pucker Posted October 27, 2017 at 02:45 PM Share Posted October 27, 2017 at 02:45 PM News last night says that 90 people die each day from the "opioid epidemic." Just for some perspective. But let one loony go on a spree in the 7 years since the BATF OK'd bumpstocks and the lefties go berserk. Hard to fathom the political class where optics head the list of priorities.
