kwc Posted March 30, 2018 at 02:42 AM Posted March 30, 2018 at 02:42 AM Today’s the day. Did the state make the deadline and submit a brief?
transplant Posted March 30, 2018 at 03:03 AM Posted March 30, 2018 at 03:03 AM I would enjoy watching the fireworks of a default judgement in our favor if that ever happens. * wakes up from dreams of fairies and unicorns *

Hipshot Percussion Posted March 31, 2018 at 06:17 PM Posted March 31, 2018 at 06:17 PM I can download, but it says it is damaged, cannot be repaired and won't open.
Jeckler Posted March 31, 2018 at 09:45 PM Posted March 31, 2018 at 09:45 PM If Culp wins, this one will be moot, however this is in State Court and most likely won't make it to federal court because of the attack angle. We estimate this case to be through State Court by April 2016 if not soonerMaybe something will occur in April of 2018.... Fingers crossed
Gamma Posted April 1, 2018 at 12:23 AM Posted April 1, 2018 at 12:23 AM I like how they conveniently ignore the section of the FCCA dealing with revoking licenses while quoting and discussing sections on applications and other unrelated issues. The heart of the matter is that the statute does not create a distinction between a resident and non-resident license, the difference is in the application process. And there is no provision for revoking a license due to a change in residence.
JTHunter Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:25 AM Posted April 1, 2018 at 03:25 AM The .PDF file in Post #242 opened without a problem for me. I'm using Win. 7 and Firefox and let FF open the file. I only glanced at the first couple of pages and didn't go to the end but that first part worked.
jmeyers Posted April 1, 2018 at 10:43 AM Author Posted April 1, 2018 at 10:43 AM I gotta say, I like a couple pieces of their response, LOL. Its going to be fun in Oral Argument when we get to that point.
RacerDave6 Posted April 1, 2018 at 12:27 PM Posted April 1, 2018 at 12:27 PM I can download, but it says it is damaged, cannot be repaired and won't open. Did you try right click then save? That usually works for me.

Davey Posted November 15, 2018 at 01:28 PM Posted November 15, 2018 at 01:28 PM The judges don't know what "grayed out" means. Aggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Molly B. Posted November 15, 2018 at 03:00 PM Posted November 15, 2018 at 03:00 PM And a little to their benefit, it was very hard to hear the AAG. The microphone picked up for recording but did not amplify her voice at all. Had to listen very closely. At first I thought she was saying "was not grade". And the two men judge's were in their 80's I'm pretty sure.
