FLMOPE Posted March 10, 2019 at 12:19 AM Posted March 10, 2019 at 12:19 AM If you are any where close to Bloomington check out C I Shooting sports. The usually have one reloading class a month.
RandyP Posted March 10, 2019 at 12:55 AM Posted March 10, 2019 at 12:55 AM What calibers are you considering? What realistic ammo use? There are lots of GREAT youtube vids vids that cover everything from the $35 Lee 'whack-a-mole" Loader to 4 figure$ Dillon full boat progressives. It is a relatively easy hobby to pursue at all budget levels.
Kingcreek Posted March 17, 2019 at 11:56 PM Posted March 17, 2019 at 11:56 PM Find somebody in your area that would help you get started.I started about 35 years ago when a shooting buddy let me buy components and load on his equipment until I figured out what I wanted and gradually purchased my own equipment. You can start out simple with a single stage and add later. I still have and use the first single stage press I bought but it’s mounted on a bench alongside 2 Dillon progressives.I’ve helped a couple people get started. Nobody has blown anything up yet. I would guess that between the guy that helpedMe and the 2 I helped, we have probably loaded over 100K rounds collectively.
