That will give us a bit of time to cath our breaths and see what the landscape looks like. We just had a dinner meet up north. I'm sure we'll do another one in a couple of months. Just thought it would be nice to do a little post elelction recap with an eye on the legislature. any takers?? Looking at wednesday the 10th.

They're calling for a total snow of up to 12 inches followed by high winds. That doesn't sound like good weather for a road trip. It's 185 miles - one way - for me. Three hours plus in good weather. From what I saw on the simulations, It looks like bad weather all the way. What are you folks seein' down south?

Todd, if you're planning on having a northern meeting in by Chicago or preferably the 'burbs, I'll opt for that. Springfield is too far to go in bad weather.

The weather forecast seems to be snow on Wed in Chicago but for Bloomington and Springfield I see snow on Tue. Since I'm coming from Bloomington for this, I should be ok.
