Davey Posted December 27, 2018 at 02:52 PM Posted December 27, 2018 at 02:52 PM https://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/ny-oped-nunchucks-second-amendment-20181226-story.html?outputType=amp I have come to view the newly developing body of law relating to the Second Amendment not as an obstacle but as a catalyst for effective legislative solutions to Americas gun violence problems. Ehhhhhhhhhh.......
McCroskey Posted December 27, 2018 at 04:37 PM Posted December 27, 2018 at 04:37 PM What a hypocrite!

lawman Posted December 27, 2018 at 05:57 PM Posted December 27, 2018 at 05:57 PM Maybe that's what already happened.
2smartby1/2 Posted December 27, 2018 at 07:59 PM Posted December 27, 2018 at 07:59 PM Never bring nunchucks to a gun fight.
chicagoresident Posted December 27, 2018 at 08:07 PM Posted December 27, 2018 at 08:07 PM Hopefully he hits himself in the head with them!He repeatedly uses the word gun violence. In his parlance "you wish his nunchuka's become possessed by the spirit of Bruce Lee , jump off the shelf and repeatedly hit him in the head". Much in the same way the ghost of 2pac animates all those guns to commit acts of gun violence all on their own without any social context. The lengthy process of developing that jurisprudence was started a century too late, but at least and at last it has begun. I have been privileged to have played some small role in that process. No dummy, jurisprudence on the subject was established long before the 2nd ammendment and has been clarified by the founding fathers after it was written, specifically at great length in the federalist papers.
JTHunter Posted December 31, 2018 at 10:14 PM Posted December 31, 2018 at 10:14 PM When he (the lawyer) talks about "sensible gun legislation", you can tell he is not only NOT "pro-2A" but doesn't have a real clue on what to do.
