FOID application ?

Want to get a FOID for wife. She had one decades ago and let it lapse. We went on line, it was not a smooth process and we ended up with a window stating we need to call a number for further verification. What happened,if anyone can tell me.Thanks

The FOID system got semi-hacked a couple years ago, so new users need extra verification, because it's our fault.

$hiiit, the FOID just got hacked recently. Last month ISP sent my 20yr old daughter a letter that her account 'might' have been compromised. She's had her FOID less than a year.

Well, I got back in after resetting the password twice. Got to the point of uploading the photo. For some reason it’s the size of a dime. I don’t know if I can dump it and try again, any thoughts?

Your canvas size is, most likely to large. It's shrinks the photo down and that mushes it all smaller and smaller if the canvas size it to large. I'm not talking about the photo size, just the canvas. You should be able to upload another photo right over the other.
