III Posted March 12, 2014 at 01:00 AM Posted March 12, 2014 at 01:00 AM (edited) For those of you who have been following the "Resources for Approaching Businesses Who Post "No Carry" Signs" thread, you know that there is a 1/3 page card that was developed with the help of several members here on IC. There are two different ways you can print this card below: http://i60.tinypic.com/2qx6t5w.jpg OPTION #1 | Print yourself via the VistaPrint website STEP 1: Go to www.vistaprint.com for their Rack Card optionSTEP 2: You will need to follow their directions to upload both the FRONT and BACK image - Front Page (DOWNLOAD) - Back Page (DOWNLOAD)STEP 3: You can choose what paper stock options you want, as well as, shipping. For example, I ordered 100 cards on the standard "glossy" 80lb paper for about $0.361/ea OPTION #2 | Order the cards directly from Defend IllinoisI contacted IC member cjurczak who manages the www.defendillinois.com website (where you can get some good looking No Guns = No Money cards) about offering these 1/3 page cards for order on his website. That way it is easier for members here to order these cards without all the hassle of building an order on VistaPrint. He was able to get the following pricing for these cards in two-sided full color: 3.5" x 8.5" 100lb Gloss Cover0-19..........$0.55/ea20-39........$0.45/ea40-99........$0.35/ea100-199....$0.30/ea200-399....$0.20/ea400+.........$0.15/ea BONUS: Since this design was a group effort by IC members, cjurczak has offered to donate $0.10 back to Illinois Carry for each card sold. He plans to place an initial order of 1000 this week. If you are interested in ordering some of these cards in this manner, you can do so by visiting the Defend Illinois website or by replying to this thread indicating your interest. Thanks! ******** EDITED to allow for both printing options.******** Edited March 12, 2014 at 06:00 PM by III
cjurczak Posted March 12, 2014 at 03:14 AM Posted March 12, 2014 at 03:14 AM (edited) Head over to defend Illinois [dot] com to place your order for CPZ flyers. I want to thank the Illinois Carry community for putting this together. I look forward to getting the first batch from the printer. Let's make it happen, I hope everyone steps up and gets a few, even it just to help out the community. Thanks again to those who worked on this project for the community. chip Posted March 12, 2014 at 03:59 AM Posted March 12, 2014 at 03:59 AM Can you correct the last sentence? It currently reads, "Lastly, Illinois requires all licensed firearm concealed carry holders to undergo the most training time and requirements than any other state"May I suggest, "Lastly, Illinois requires all firearm concealed carry license holders to undergo more training hours and requirements than any other state. Combine this with possibly the most extensive background check system for firearms, and you have the most trained and vetted citizens in the country. How much do you know about the rest of your customers?" If my version is too wordy, just change the "most" in the original to "more". :-) - chip

I have changed it to read: Lastly, Illinois requires all firearm concealed carry license holders to undergo more training time and requirements than individuals in any other state. I will send a revised version to cjurczak.
22cal Posted March 12, 2014 at 04:15 AM Posted March 12, 2014 at 04:15 AM I like the wording a lot!! Perfect! I will buy some when they are available. Thanks we all need to fight for our right to protect our rights, family and our selves.

Rapid Randy Posted March 12, 2014 at 06:57 PM Posted March 12, 2014 at 06:57 PM I Just ordered 100. Thanks for the info,Ill be handing these out pretty soon to all that will not let me carry in there Place of Business.
neff2k Posted March 12, 2014 at 07:13 PM Posted March 12, 2014 at 07:13 PM (edited) Add me to the list. I will take 400. While I just bought 1000 of the no guns=no money cards, I think these are a lot more friendly and will give us a better chance of convincing businesses to remove their Criminal Safe Zone signs. Mathias Posted March 12, 2014 at 08:58 PM Posted March 12, 2014 at 08:58 PM This is a great idea. Put me down for 200 and I'll be visiting the gun range this Friday 3/15 and will tell everyone at the range. I know many will be interested and will want to order.
BrowningHP Posted March 12, 2014 at 09:07 PM Posted March 12, 2014 at 09:07 PM we should give them to gun store owners, say give them a stack of 500 and let people pick them up and distribute them

If you agree with the concept of the police/veteran theme covers I mocked up and emailed over, please post them here so others can comment and add suggestions regarding their approach for other themes of this card Edited March 15, 2014 at 02:04 AM by III
