Flynn Posted March 19, 2021 at 04:13 AM Posted March 19, 2021 at 04:13 AM You link is bad, some extra garbage at the end. https://redstate.com/shipwreckedcrew/2021/03/18/colorado-judge-strikes-down-city-of-boulders-municipal-ordinance-banning-possession-of-assault-weapons-like-ar-15s-n345788 It's a decent ruling but it had nothing to do with the 2nd, just state pre-emption.

Molly B. The dismissal of Chambers v. Boulder is also a victory for Center to Keep and Bear Arms’ (CKBA) clients, who separately challenged the same measure in a federal case called Caldara v. Boulder. Earlier this year, a Boulder District Court judge ruled against the city’s ordinance based on its clear conflict with state law—a ruling that will now stand. The dismissal of the Chambers case—with prejudice—leaves Boulder’s prior ordinance permanently struck down. And it means that the city can’t change its mind and try a renewed appeal on the vast majority of the 2018 measure, which unconstitutionally banned or restricted many popular, widely owned firearms and magazines.
JTHunter Posted December 26, 2021 at 10:35 PM Posted December 26, 2021 at 10:35 PM WOW ! Maybe the next step will be for the citizens of Colorado to take control of their state back from the leftist invaders.
