    I used Safari on the ISP website starting January 2nd. No problems getting to 90%. Just the TCN bugaboo. Finished applying today at 8:00 AM.

    Just now created a digital ID. Safari 7.0.1 Firefox 26.0 OS X 10.9.1 Java 7.0 45 2012 Mac Mini Everything is the latest version. No luck at all with Safari. Stopped me with Firefox too. Clicked on the padlock in the URL. (Firefox Browser) Went to page info. Went to permissions. Checked "allow" for the Java Applet. Bingo. I have pretty much zero computer skills.
