110 days waiting for ccl and moving june 1

so i realize my ccl should be approved by the of 25th of May. my issue is im moving may 1st

 

what happens is i move before they mail my ccl will the post office forward it.

i plan i updating my address June 1 when i move and how long will it take to get my card

Post office will not forward but you might make arrangements for them to hold your mail for you?

I agree with Molly. Arrange for your Post Office to hold all of your mail until you have your license in hand. I'm sure it will be a real PITA, but... it could take many months longer to get your license if you change your address with ISP before you get the card. If you can sign up for USPS Informed Delivery you should be able to see an image of each envelope so you know when something needs to be picked up. Sadly, Informed Delivery is not available in all areas...

It's about time for a lawsuit.

My renewal took 14 days back in December.

It clearly does not take 90-120 days to run background checks.

If it's a manpower problem, the state must be under funding the FSB.

Or perhaps there have been secret instructions from higher up the food chain...

So what happens if dont get my card in hand before i move and change my address and how long does it take to get a new card

I don’t think anyone can know that for sure.

With no changes to my personal info, it took over 45 days for me to get a replacement for a stolen card in early 2017. I might guess they need to redo your entire background check... that is just a wild guess, however.
