I am beginning to become very concerned. A part of me wants to call and see what's up, yet another part says shut up don't rock the boat. Is this the new norm? It is so frustrating. Also, it appears there is nothing I or we can do but wait. Advice, though is always appreciated. I have tried to call also and only get a message. Mike, I feel your pain ... but you probably have a few more weeks to wait. I applied for renewal in July 2020 ... and finally received my renewal card in the mail today (Oct 21, 2021) .... so more than 15 months! Ridiculous, yes!
