Just got assigned a new 911 address) and told a very nice lady I needed to update it so I could apply for my concealed carry license. She said she could do both right then if I wanted. She was very helpful and knew her job. I still had to mail in a copy of my certificate, a form they sent me, and a picture. I didn't do prints. Of course my carry permit is under review and probably will be for some time. My FOID card shows active and has since day 1. I hope to get it any day now.
