Question on signing in

Hello,

 

It appears to be necessary for me to sign in each time I visit the site. When I go to the sign in screen, I always check the box that says remember me. However, each time I leave the site and then come back, I have to sign in again to post or view the Back Room.

 

Is this how it is supposed to work or is something wrong?

 

I am using OS10.6.2 and Safari 4.0.5.

The "remember me" box remembers your password, so you don't have to reenter it every time.

Do you have the site home page or the forum home page bookmarked? I have the forum home page bookmarked and it signs me in. When I had the site homepage bookmarked, signing in to two more clicks.

If your privacy is set higher than "medium-high" in internet options, the site won't won't remember you.

I missed the part about you using a mac. I'm running Windoze and Firefox browser. I have had problems with a slow dialup connection interfereing with logins.
