CA copying IL gun dealer licensing scheme - IL SB 337 2019,2020

So CA is apparently followed the failed state of Illinois in it's FFL/Gun dealer scheme, including "Video surveillance" You can read more here.

Didn't ISRA challenge this or was it just a fundraiser?

Richards V Newsom appears to NOT be taking a myopic 2A only approach to the matter. They are going after the state on several grounds like :

Forced speech, freedom of association, Privacy violations, Right to be anonymous, etc.  Give the video a listen.

The case is Richards v Newsom ( Maybe we should be watching that in the Judicial thread? )
