Okay, I'll list her maiden name. Thanks for the quick reply, I'm trying to get this done tonight. It's something I never thought of until I went through my CCW class and it was mentioned to have a backup FOID household member. She is worried about losing her teaching license. I said this will only serve to protect her. (And if something happens to me...my wife is going to become the owner of some nice firearms!) My wife is a teacher. She is a principal. She received her FOID yesterday. Being credentialed in both are not related. zoz

If you have upgraded your Mac to Mavericks 10.9.1 using any browser Firefox 26.0, Safari7.0.1, Chrome (is only 32 bit, does not recognize Java) or Opera (does not recognize Java), they will not work. My advice: Set up your digital ID using a PC with Windows 8.0+ and IE browser v. 8-11, Java v. 7.45 with compatibility settings on. I had to use my friend's PC at his place of business to establish an Illinois digital ID. At the end of the digital ID screen you should have seen a "congratulations" pane. Once you have the digital ID, then you can access the FCCL application page using a Mac and fill out the forms. Actually, for security reasons, this is quite good. Your in trouble if at any time you get these notices: "Thank you. Target now has your personal information" or "Sheriff Dart is immediately objecting to your application". zoz

FYI: If you send money via Paypal for the curriculum using a Paypal balance (not credit card, debit card or e-check) and using the radio button for send money to friend, there are no fees. No fees for the sender or receiver. I'm send mine in like this Friday. zoz
