Has anyone else had this problemIf reported as lost/stolen as reason for replacement, those supposedly get treated like a new application, so you are probably looking at 50 to 100+ days for CCL depending on if prints submitted. As for the FOID, the ISP reported a large number of renewals (i.e 50k) due near the same time and suggested people submit early so that might be slowing the FOID down too.
