CubsFan5 Posted February 9, 2024 at 02:57 AM Share Posted February 9, 2024 at 02:57 AM I read on Giffords that if ISP restores your right to own firearms, they change your record for NICS background reports... Does that mean if I move to another state, I will pass a federal background check?
mauserme Posted February 9, 2024 at 11:54 PM Share Posted February 9, 2024 at 11:54 PM In theory, I believe that would be the case. In practice, ISP has an long history of dragging its feet on most things gun related.
