  1. My new FOID came in todays mail... submitted for renewal on 12/26/20... the FSB took 185 calendar days. They give 5 star customer service.
  2. Posting to verify that the FSB will answer the phone after a long wait time (even on a Monday morning). There are a number of cards that did not mail after being issued... due to a printing problem. The agent I spoke with processed the request for reprint while I was on the phone. Will report back when card is received.
  3. I am in the same situation... FOID went active on 4/7/21,,, no card in mail... have sent email twice... no reply... tried the FSB phone number... got stuck in reply system for 15 minutes... no resolution.
  4. Has anyone found a way to get out of the menu prompts and speak with a rep when calling the phone number for FSB?
  5. Same situation here... ACTIVE was issued on 4/7/21... but still no card in the mail. i sent an email a few weeks ago... no reply.
  6. At the time of my denial... I was told that I would be denied for one year from the date that my registry card expired.
