Capt_Destro Posted September 22, 2013 at 07:31 PM Share Posted September 22, 2013 at 07:31 PM (edited) Based on this new ruling one can technically container carry a loaded firearm? While normal container carry is reassuring, due to having to unzip, reload, and racking the slide. I feel like I'd be better off with a knife or spray in a direct confrontation as much as I want to puke saying that... You have seen that drill where a person tries to draw from a holster before they get stabbed right? idk.. just thinking. If you can transport a loaded pistol it would be more practical. Xwing Posted October 4, 2013 at 06:01 PM Share Posted October 4, 2013 at 06:01 PM I just read about this ruling today. How is it not front page news? Also, doesn't it pretty much allow carry in D.C. too? They're the only entity still with a blanket ban on carry.
