Did my CCL renewal on line, made payment and just realized on my application I put down my original instructor and his ID, along with original date, which was five years ago. I did the 3 hour renewal class, sent three emails to ISP.AskFOIDandCCL informing them of my error and, of course, no response. I even sent a pdf certificate of my completing the three hour renewal class. Any ideas what to do because I KNOW they will reject my application. This will be the second time I have lost my CCL due to stupid errors on my part. Last time it took me over a year to get my CCL reinstated. Ugh. Help !!!!
