Tvandermyde Posted August 25, 2009 at 10:33 PM Posted August 25, 2009 at 10:33 PM The Governor signed HB-3714 today the bill undoes the law where someone convicted of a tresspass charge DUI or other misdemeanor would have to surrender firearms while on probation. The prohibition now applies to those charges: where the offense is a felony or, if a misdemeanor, the offense involved the intentional or knowing infliction of bodily harm or threat of bodily harm score one for the good guys. Hopefully we will have more good news this week.
