Still under review after 276 days.

I switched to a different Apt. Unit in the same building a couple weeks ago and did mail forwarding with USPS. I haven't updated the DMV yet, but I am worried updating anything at this point will reset my timer. On the flip side, if I do get Approved/Active and they try to mail it to me and it bounces back would it restart it anyway? I would try contacting them but the chances of them replying seem slim. What are my options here or am I screwed? Thinking about letting it go and hoping it some how makes it to me...

CCLs are not usually forwarded . ..

Thanks Molly - I just updated it on the ISPFSB website and filed the change of address with the Secretary of State online. Do you know if it is mandatory I will have to go in and have it physically changed on my Drivers License as well? If I do I am probably just going to give up and think about moving to a different state. *big sigh*

No, you don't have to physically change your driver's license just yet if you updated it online. Eventually you will but you can do it at your leisure. And right now SOS facilities are a madhouse anyway. I did exactly what you did and it was fine for the ISP. When things die down a bit at SOS places, I will go and update my physical license.

Whew

That’s good news

There for a minute I was worried that having to visit the SOS offices was going to cost us another resident!

Glad that hurdle has been gotten over. What state if you don’t mind me asking?

Lol when I first moved here it was a 6hr wait. The thought of having to do that again only to end up waiting another 280+ days? Hard pass.

I'm probably going to end up moving to Florida. Not a fan of paying taxes to a state that violates rights.
