Hi Everyone! I have a student who changed their address on their FOID card before they renewed their CCL so they wouldn't have to pay the fee since it was time to renew anyway. He has the FOID card, but his CCL says processing and does not have an option to renew. He has emailed with no response and can't get through on the phone number. Have any of you ran into this? I'm guessing it's because he didn't change his address in time on the CCL... How can he fix it? Thanks, Doug
