Remington Arms... Based?

My guess is they simply dumped and sent all images found on the 'marketing departments' computers without review.

Remington Arms turned over a trove of bizarre documents that included tens of thousands of images of "random cartoons" and pictures to lawyers representing the families of victims in the Sandy Hook school massacre as part of a lawsuit against the bankrupted gunmaker.
Lawyers representing the nine families said that Remington, as part of discovery proceedings, sent more than 18,000 cartoons, more than 15,000 "random pictures," and nearly 2,000 videos and GIFs that included "ice bucket challenges" and gender-reveal parties, according to a motion filed by the families' lawyers in Connecticut Superior Court last week.

This is absolute bs! You see this on every large corporate/class action suit of this type. The plaintiffs' lawyers demand all documents contained in so-and-so's official email account, so they get it. What, Remington's lawyers are supposed to do the Plaintiffs' lawyers jobs for them and presort the millions of documents they are demanding??? It doesn't happen. It never happens. Once again, if you are doing a lefty-slanted, politically motivated case, they can rub salt in the wound by using Pravda (Yahoo.news) to make a firearms manufacturer look evil and unsympathetic to the victims of the inanimate objects they manufactured and which became self aware and shot people. As an added bonus, it helps spread the propaganda telling their brainwashed readers that we must remove these "weapons of war" from our streets, blah blah blah.

They're supposed to hire "contract attorneys" who will go through this entire trove of documents. They will press Y for "yes, this is relevant to the case" and N for "No, this is not relevant to this case"

They pay the "contract attorneys" $20/hour but charge the client $300/hour. LWW's love to overpay.

And if they had turned over a curated collection of documents containing only those relevant to the case Yahoo would be writing an article about how Remington is deliberately failing to comply with the court orders to turn over "all documents"
