Yesterday, the Kentucky Secretary of State was at the ceremonial signing of the PLCAA Clarification Act. This video explains it in detail, but this bill is designed to prevent lawfare against gun companies just because their products were used in a crime. Kentucky is the third state to pass it after West Virginia and Montana. It would be great to get this passed in Illinois. Do we have a gun-friendly legislators we could talk to about passing this law here?

Illinois is controlled by a Democrat Super Majority with an agenda to make it as difficult as possible to own firearms in Illinois. PICA is blatantly unconstitutional yet SCOTUS kicks it down the road repeatedly. America is being disarmed, inch by inch, bit by bit, and Illinois and similar States are leading the way. We don't need more laws - we need SCOTUS to enforce Bruen and Heller.

I have lived in Illinois my whole life and have owned firearms my entire adult life.

Illinois' Democrat Super Majority is literally destroying this State....if we get a Federal Democrat majority in the midterms as expected, you'll see laws like PICA in Illinois go national in a heartbeat. Republicans want Authoritarian rule and Fascism and in the face of this assault against Democracy Democrats want US disarmed or infringed to being impotent.

Gun ownership in the US is sun downing. Starting with Illinois. IMO. I don't think there are enough pro gun folks in Illinois to stop the madness.
