Now I know he can't deliver on all of these and if you aim at nothing you will hit it every time. But GOOD LORD delivering on absolutely none of them because his (((central banker))) handlers are actually the ones running his administration is just a humiliation ritual for all of us usury cattle at this point.

 

I'm not trying to anger anyone here or get any arguments started but these are legitimate frustrations and absolutely nothing is going to change until several congress critters from BOTH parties go to prison for their various crimes. We are now approaching nearly 3 full generations being absolutely exploited, disregarded, and abandoned by their own country and its BEYOND SHAMEFUL.

 

I will be absolutely amazed if the GOP does not tank the midterms.......I will be even more amazed if they actually get some MAGA things done with their majority. 

 

 

 

You may have missed some earlier discussion about staying on the topic of gun rights, especially since this topic is in National Politics, though I would have thought you've been here long enough to understand that we are a single issue forum even if our members aren't single issue voters.   If you'd like to start a Back Room topic go for it, but please respect the membership and the forum intent enough to comply with guidelines the vast majority of us have no problem adhering to.

Sure, try to blackmail Senators. Then they just switch parties, the GoP loses the Senate during the term, and all the committee assignments flip.  Resulting in Senate investigations in to everything Trump right before the midterms.

I’m surprised less by the things he promised and hasn’t delivered than I am by the folks who, apparently, believed a President had the power to actually do the things he promised….

The problem lies not with the President - he can basically only sign or not sign what he’s presented. The problem lies with those who present the President with things to sign…

I didn't say blackmail.....I said ARREST for actual crimes(not made up J6 type stuff). Their states will send a replacement senator and maybe we can deal with them. Change the chessboard.

Oh boy...  

 

They'd still be sitting Senators until convicted and expelled by the Senate, which would likely take years.  In the mean time, they wouldn't be available for any votes if incarcerated, or unable to leave their state because of bond restrictions.

 

And depending on how things shake out, they could still face a leadership change. Because a republican senator put in jail by republicans is going to flip parties.  Next, the Governors often get to appoint an interim replacement. So you'll be targeting Republicans in States with Republican governors.  If we go after the RINOs, many of them are in states with democrat governors who will appoint a democrat.
