FOID Appeal Representation

With my clients permission, I would like to post how our working together has resulted in two decisions I've attached from the Circuit Court of Cook County granting Al Oliver and Cedric Garmon reinstatement of their FOID Card privileges. Despite those challenging my posting of this information, I believe it is important for the members to know that there are many Judges throughout the State who apply the law competently and fairly when reviewing petitions to appeal FOID Card revocations or application denials. Congratulations to Al, Cedric and all others who assert their rights under the 2nd Amendment.
