Call to Action! Witness Slips Needed!     A bill that has come up often on our alerts this Sprng has now been given one more chance.  Posting requirements were waived earlier today for SB8 Safe Gun Storage, and the bill can be heard in committee this afternoon.   This is the bill that ignores Supreme Court rulings in D.C. V Heller regarding storage; NYSRPA v Bruen regarding text, history and tradition; and US v Rahimi regarding due process, and we ask for your continued help to defeat it at the committee level, but none of that matters to those who would violate our rights.   Please file new witness slips opposing this legislation, as soon as possible!   ###
