But Harris' (and Walz's) documented histories of telling lies are "different" so we should elect them anyway?  And when they've specifically said they want to take guns (and true freedom) but now they say they don't but they do... ugh.  The mental gymnastics required by anyone who owns a gun but votes D at this point in time is beyond me...

BLANKS! He fired a blank, there doesn't appear to be any recoil, yet we see smoke like he just fired a shot....

Obama only ran an illegal gun smuggling operation in which FFLs were told to transfer guns to known firearm traffickers who were sending guns to Mexico.  Then the cartel violence escalated and Obama ran around blaming our guns for Mexico's violence, and tried to pass an AWB for that reason.  A border patrol agent was murdered with one of the guns.

 

If it wasn't for a reporter and a couple FFLs going public, we may have never found out about it.

 

Oh, and after the jig was up and it all went public, the .feds tried to frame the FFLs.  The only reason that didn't succeed is because an FFL recorded the conversations. 

 

Look it up. Operation Fast and Furious.  Eric Holder was under contempt of congress for not complying with a congressional subpoena.

Sadly Mr. Holder spent how much time in jail for his contempt charge? 
Surely it wasn’t more then anyone in the Trump administration?

Sorry, my brain is filled with deplorable garbage this morning and I might not be keeping up with the inference.  Is this the argument where we go back a couple of administrations in time to argue that 1) Obama lied about wanting to infringe on the 2A/really didn't mean it and Harris is lying the same way so everything will be fine OR is this the argument where 2): Obama was too incompetent to completely take away our guns despite Operation F&F, lying to the public often & repeatedly about guns to drive an agenda, using executive orders to hamper the 2A and the fight for gun rights, and placing liberal judges in place who ignore the 2A and THEREFORE, by association, Harris is also too incompetent to completely ban guns or infringe more on the 2A?  Is this the argument where we ignore the millions of dollars and countless hours Obama made 2A advocates invest to fight his anti 2A infringements/messaging and keep the situation from becoming worse, with significant dollars and hours contributed by members of this forum to this very day due to the fallout of the Obama presidency and the ongoing attack against a clearly protected right in our founding documents, spelled out as #2 on the Bill of Rights?

 

Since you are going back in time to the Obama era, does that open up the door to noting that Harris specifically signed onto a legal brief (as Obama was running for election) to the U.S. Supreme Court which argued that the Heller decision was wrong, that the 2A only covers militias, and there is no individual right to keep and bear arms?  Or when-- the year before-- she cleared the way to allow many Glocks (you know, probably the most common handgun in the U.S.) and other common handguns to actually be banned in CA?  Or the year before when she supported Proposition H and was trying to ban all handguns in San Francisco?  Is the argument where Harris was lying those times or was too incompetent to understand the 2A at that time but now she has finally "seen the light" (well, except for the attack on ""assault weapons"")?

 

Is this the argument where we ignore the fact that Harris advocates for coming into our locked homes to inspect our legally owned firearms? Or where we should ignore the Democratic party platform gun control agenda or the fact that this forum and the huge fight it represents might not need to exist but for that?  Is this the argument that says some infringement of a core founding principal is ok as long as other things that are not core founding principles OR the focus of this forum get done?

In an effort to prevent further derailment of this thread, the most recent post attempting to trivialize our pro-gun mission and another that quoted that post, have been removed.  I am confident we'll have no more of this disrespect, at least until after the election.

The angry speech Obama delivered ( complete with Newtown victims / survivors as props in the background ) in which he blamed the NRA and congress for NOT advancing his total horse s**t gun control plan is still fresh in my mind. As usual with the liberal filth of his ilk he goes after the law abiding gun owner while doing nothing to stop criminals.
