Carjacking victim executes citizen arrest

So the "CAR JACKER" was arrested and charged and not TAGGED with a Toe Tag at the morgue, the car jacking victim survived and didn't have to shoot some one.

I think that's the bottom line, and with worked out for the best for everyone in the end.
