"On or about October 12, 2018, in the District of Delaware, the defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, that is, a Colt Cobra 39SPL revolver with serial number RA 551363 From Company 1, licensed under the provisions of Chapter 44, Title 18, United States Code, knowingly made a false and fictitious written statement, intended and likely to deceive that dealer with respect to a fact material to the lawfulness of the sale of the firearm under the provisions of Chapter 44, Title 18, United States Code, in that the defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, provided a written statement on form 4473 certifying he was not an unlawful user of, and addicted to, any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance, when in fact, as he knew, that statement was false and fictitious."

Yes... this will be fun with a different Circuit Court having ruled similar charges unconstitutional. It's gonna cost him a fortune to have OUR  rights reinforced...

Unfortunately this does NOT lead to China Joe,  aka daddy. 
Bet this gets overturned on NYSRPA (Bruen) as a non violent person not being prohibited. 
From what I hear he will get to appeal this.

I have read the handgun he purchases was a new Colt Cobra .38 Special which he had for only 11 days before his girlfriend tossed it in a dumpster. Never fired. Never loaded. What a waste!

If he wasn’t a Biden, it is likely charges would not have been filed against him, hence the diversion deal that was interrupted in court. It is also possible charges were filed now, while this is pending, because the statute of limitations will expire in (now) less than three weeks… charge now or let it slip away. And then there is the possibility that charging him for lying about drug use is unconstitutional. 
 

No crimes or violence were committed as a result of this gun purchase. If it was anyone else, we might be clamoring about the injustice of this sketchy gun charge. 
 

I hesitate to claim this is a political move on the part of the Trump appointed Special Counsel because he is between a rock and a hard place. Biden has pled not guilty. I expect he will win at trial or the charges will be dropped as the SC has time to work things out. I suppose we will know later on… and I could be wrong.

If this low life gets away with it all there is not justice, there is not law, there is no hope! The multi tiered system strikes again. Folks are getting fed up with all the liberal socialist commies pukes getting away with everything while those same folks go after Trump because he has the balls to stand against them, nothing but a political witch hunt, prosecutor over reach and election interference.  It is as if the liberal socialist commie pukes want to push the honest folks into doing something stupid so they can over react and declare martial law and rule as dictators.

Better yet, if the feds use it to invalidate his arguments that the diversion agreement is still in place because it was unconstitutional and therefore invalid.

Anyone else wondering if all this is coming down on the kid due to the fact that the democrap powers that wanna be are hoping to use it to slide senile joe back into the basement and get someone else in that job? He won't quit on his own but I see all this as leverage to get him to dance their tune.

You gotta know that Hunter got paid big $ to use the influence of Joe's office. I have asked for years - why is the most corrupt Energy Company in that part of the world  putting a Hunter on their Board ? He has absolutely nothing to offer them - they bought Joe.

I think the biggest takeaway from this is to fully remember that the current Biden Justice Department along with Garland were less than 24 hours away from granting Hunter blanket immunity in some twisted slap-on-the-wrist petty plea deal until a wise judge stepped in their way and blocked it...  And then two whistle-blowers came forward showing that Hunter was in fact being given protection by the Justice Department...

 

These charges only came after special console powers were granted removing the Biden Justice Department and Garland from the picture, that speaks volumes for how biased the Justice Department and Garland were treating this case and everyone should take notice...
