Weed Posted August 27, 2023 at 02:17 AM Share Posted August 27, 2023 at 02:17 AM A rabid anti- gun nut red flagged his brother in law asked me if the brother in law went to a free state if he would be able to possess a fire arm, not move there just go there. Told him to look it up. Got me wondering and I can’t find the answer.
Euler Posted August 27, 2023 at 03:35 AM Share Posted August 27, 2023 at 03:35 AM A red flag order is a court order. Violating a court order can be a misdemeanor or a felony, depending on the circumstances. Either way, it would likely result in the judge issuing an arrest warrant. If you're on the run from an arrest warrant, you no longer own your gun. Your gun owns you.
