Euler Posted March 1, 2023 at 06:16 PM Share Posted March 1, 2023 at 06:16 PM The brief was filed in Barnett v Raoul, the consolidated case in the Southern District. It seems odd to have to suggest it, but I suggest a merge.
Molly B. Posted March 2, 2023 at 04:25 AM Author Share Posted March 2, 2023 at 04:25 AM I think this topic is fitting for a post of its own in order to highlight the stance the ISA is taking, otherwise it could get lost as just a post in a topic. We will note it on the Barnett thread as well.

It infringes on the rights of their family members too and their descendants and once a right is gone is gone forever and with the stroke of the pen their exemption can be taken away in the future and this is only the first step by the cabal. So law enforcement and ex law enforcement and people who are now exempt and think it doesn't affect them, should think about the future and not just short term and history has shown what happens after people are disarmed.
