There is some gray area as to if someone with an existing Pistol may be able to convert it to a SBR and we are waiting for the ATF to decide.

I did get 1 Approved and delivered this past November. I am hoping we get good news this week on the federal court cases that are going to be heard. Then maybe all of us could get our SBRs Approved.
