I am able to file the witness slips if I select the opposite position as desired!?!  Then I am able to login to the portal and correct the position.

Un....ing believable!  (I just did the same)

If one of the other position always failed but the opponent or support both fail on these positions.

How can this not be deliberate?   (an illegal)

I'm writing my house rep, this is c...p

It timed out on me several times last night as I was filing . I assumed it was because of heavy traffic in filing. I just made another attempt each time and it then went through.

I did EVERY ONE with the position I wanted they ALL failed, I did the opposite and they didn't fail (and then changed them)

To be clear , I wasn't doubting anyone , I was just stating what was happening as I submitted my slips last night.

Purple on ..... I know you would never think the opposing team would do anything to mess with our votes on the matter . ... purple off 🤣

Didn't think you were I did write my Rep it won't be the first time I've dropped in the office (and talked to her assistant) who I did also write but I don't know if it's the same one.

For what it's worth, while it was slow for me last night, I was able to file 5 of the six with some delay but no problems.   The first slip I tried to file did have a database error thrown back at me and I had to try a second time before it worked.

I fully expect incompetence, as oppose to malice here.  My guess as an outside guy is that the database server is misbehaving and needs a reboot.

Same here.  The opponent had to be put is for proponent and the proponent as opponent and then switch them.

Sorry, can't agree.  Can't file opponent on any of the anti-2A bills, but CAN file Proponent or no stance, and THEN later change them to opponent, and can't file proponent to pro-2a bills,, but can file opponent or no stance, and then later change it to Proponant, points to purpose, not DB issues.  If it were DB issues, then MUCH more likely that you couldn't just file Opponant on anything.  The fact that you can intially file non pro A stances on these bills, THEN change it to proper, speaks strongly this is on purpose.

This was my experience also.

I agree. Any pro-gun stance that I chose, triggered the system error timed out response. If it were a glitch, wouldn’t it trigger on any position chosen? Very strange indeed.

WTAF... creating a slip as "No Position" or in the opposite position (Proponent when you want Opponent, and vice versa), and then going back to update them worked.

On the chance it was the link posted to IC, I went directly to the committee hearing and tried to create a slip that way.  It still broke when filing the desired position.

Throw on the tin foil, but if it was just failing on one selection consistently I'd write it off as an IT error.  The fact that it failed every time on the desired position is very suspicious.
