By far. Anti-gun Democrat activists have a day job: being annoying activists that can rally at the drop of a hat instead of holding actual jobs that contribute to society.

The call has been activated thanks to the board member (K Wegener) and her friends in the McHenry County Democratic Party and their connections to anti-2A rights groups (state level and national). We shall see what happens Monday (I have some inside info too.  Should be interesting)

That was the reason I could not attend. Please let me know what happens Monday.

In Lake County, I discovered a mayoral candidate in Lake Forest who claims to be "nonpartisan" and "transparent". That seems far-fetched when her donation history shows significant money paid to radical gun-banners Bob Morgan, Julie Morrison, Lori Lightfoot, Kim Foxx, Preckwinkle, and other Democrats. No contributions to R's or conservatives. North Shore "progressive" Democrats have disguised themselves as Independents or Republicans in other years.

She's also making a lot of noise about "women are excluded from the ballots" which reeks of a woke suburban Democrat Karen propaganda. The truth is, quite a few women were recruited for positions but declined to run.

Many elections in small municipalities are nonpartisan, i.e., political parties are not declared. There is no official Democrat or Republican slate.

I attended the first meeting several weeks ago but wasn't able to find out when any other meetings were being held. Apparantly 2 days ago. It's frustratingly difficult trying to keep up on this. Does anyone know what the out come was/is?

Resolution passed 11-6. The theatrics and irrational blabber by the gun grabbers had no effect on the board
