I have to make a few purchases, too, anyone know about how long it typically takes the sites to update things like this?

It could be days or maybe a week or two. They need to go over all this with their attorney and educate staff. I need to make a purchase too and want to get it in soon.

Thank you for the update!  I'm definitely planning to make a couple of mag purchases ASAP so that I can get in-between this and any possible appeal that rolls things back.  This definitely calls for a celebration in the meantime, though!

I would hope asap since PSA did prioritize shipments of mags to Oregon and Cali when they could after 30rnd mags became legal per judge order. Would hope PSA would open the gates for tons of business as quick as possible but then again, we are IL.

Report back when that happens, please.  They fast-tracked shutting orders down... I'm hoping they'll be as fast coming back, but wouldn't be surprised if they slow-walk it.

As Michael Keaton's Bruce Wayne said, "Alfred, let's go shopping."

PSA already opened up shipping of items banned under PICA.

All I can say is WOW, I never expected an "Illinois" court to rule so strongly (even though it's the correct ruling)

I fully expect the state to scramble to appeal, but I really hope as they appeal up the ladder the upper courts take notice of the wording in this case and even if reluctant finally accept Heller/Bruen.

So.... Its times like these...I'll buy mags for no apparent reason...

If it makes IlLnOizz unhappy? I'm all for it...

Well.. I tried.. Booo Hiissss!!!!

I just got back from my L'erGS, rather than GAT to grab some mags.... (gotta show my LGS some love right?)

Nope...they shipped them out.  But..they say they will 'make a determination' if/when they put them back on the shelves... this includes 15+ pistol mags.

I was SOOOO upset...that I removed a case of magtech 9mm from their shelves..paid for it...and left in teary eyed dissapointment... :D

Hey...it was $269($296 with non-crook county tax).. Not to shabby 'considering'....Its what i've see lately for what it would total out for online...

If PSA is gtg... gonna have to see if they have their cases of D&H mags on sale for 8.99 each....

If so...I'm in...

We...MUST...send...the...signal...

Are the PSA mags the same as the D&H mags?  Looks like D&H are OOS, but PSA mags are in stock.

Is there a quick explanation for how that would work?  Who would the state appeal to, and would they be able to get an emergency stay before most of us had a chance to do something about it?

The state would appeal to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. The state could get a stay as immediately as the 7th Circuit chooses to issue it, potentially Monday.

Personally, I don't think there will be a stay by Monday.
