The Supreme Court is going to give the lower courts a chance to get the final Bruen rulings 'right' before it steps in again, it's simply how they do things.

Yeah I think people (and the media) are overreacting to these particular denials. The Supreme Court is extremely reluctant to intervene in a lower court case before it’s fully decided.

This denial was for a motion for a TRO, not the final disposition of the lower court case.

Just in the interest of clarity, that video is talking about the OTHER case that appealed to SCOTUS.  That case is about the sensitive places, etc.  This case is from the retailers about sales.

Same reasoning of SCOTUS though. 

 

Let's see what happens if the 2nd Court of appeals, jerks around and tries to draw this out, after issuing a stay on the other injunction wothout one reason given.  SCOTUS has as much said, if they do, that they would then be open to interceding.
