Yep, should be sued and held accountable or they will continue. A waste of money and resources. The ISP can't even handle FOID cards and sometimes it takes them almost a year, how are the going to handle this complex law. They admitted on camera that is not gonna change anything and that they know about Bruen, so why did they pass it? Out of spite to punish and create legal problems for gun owners who have done nothing wrong and I hope we get a judge that sees through their lies and fraud.
